Rachael and Neal are the hosts of the Shooting the Shit with Rachael Ann and Neal Young Podcast. Taking all things real estate photography, business, growth, mindset and getting it done. We have a fun and lighthearted approach to our podcast. Our goal is to inspire, entertain and educate fellow photographers and entrepreneurs.

Neal is a seasoned real estate photographer and business owner. Drawing from over a decade of professional experience, Neal combines his technical expertise with a unique creative perspective honed during his 10 years as an actor in Los Angeles, where he studied improv and sketch comedy at the Groundlings and ACME Comedy Theatre. Neal has extensive photography skills but also emphasizes how to make clients feel comfortable in front of the camera—a skill he perfected during his acting days. Neal is passionate about helping other photographers grow their businesses, just as he has, by delivering high-quality, engaging media to real estate agents.
Rachael is a celebrated photographer with over 10 years of experience. She started her photography career as a family, children and newborn photographer. She now runs a real estate photography and media business in the Seattle, WA area. Her high six figure business focuses on hassle-free, high-end media. Rachael has been perfecting the art of portraits for over 10 years now and loves helping agents look as good as they are through headshots and lifestyle media. She has a playful yet professional approach to everything she does in life.
