Rachael, CEO of FOCUSED Media Collective in Seattle, WA, leads one of the top real estate photography teams in the area. She’s brimming with expertise and experience, and also co-hosts and co-founded Master Plan Media, a production company also based in Seattle. Rachael brings her love for Jesus, fitness, farm life, family, and a good laugh with Neal to every episode.
Neal, founder of The HYN Group in New Hampshire, brings a unique flair with his background in sketch comedy and improv. With his outlandish quirks, a big heart, and a passion for growth and learning, Neal brings a whole lot of energy and humor to the mic.
Together, Rach and Neal are the perfect duo, blending Rachael’s team-focused, scaled business perspective with Neal’s hands-on, solo approach.
